The Design Phoenix Manifesto:
Everyone deserves to be surrounded by beauty.
Handmade is good. Re-purposed is better.
Cheap is good. Free is better.
Stuff is useful if it reminds you to call your mom, send a note to a friend, or just feel grateful for your life.
Colors can't clash. And all shades of purple are perfect.
If it's shiny, it's good. There's no such thing as a bad disco ball.
If it's soft, fuzzy, smooth, silky, or just plain luxurious, you'd better get it.
Living well doesn't require buying a lot.
